Join us for our monthly two-hour nourishing evening of self-care, designed to restore balance to the body, mind and heart.

We’ll begin with a candlelit yoga flow, moving mindfully through soft, soothing postures that melt away tension and open space within.

The evening will gently transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to completely unwind and sink into stillness.

At the end of our practice, you'll be guided through a journaling & reflection session - A wonderful opportunity to set your intentions for 2026.
