A monthly gathering - Limited to six guests per session.

Join us for a two-hour nourishing evening of deep rest, designed to restore balance to body, mind and heart.

We’ll begin with a candlelit restorative yoga practice, moving mindfully through soft, soothing postures that melt away tension and open space within, supported by cushions, blankets, blocks & physical touch. Restorative yoga is a style of yoga where all postures are seated / laying & we hold each posture for an extended period of time to support relaxation. It is suitable for absolute beginners too.

As the practice unfolds, we’ll incorporate the use of essential oils to awaken the senses and enhance your relaxation experience.
