Soulful Sunday: Candlelit Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Essential Oils

Join us for our monthly two-hour nourishing evening of deep rest, designed to restore balance to body, mind and heart.

You'll be guided through a gentle breathwork practice to settle in the evening, before we transition into a restorative yoga practice. This is a style of yoga incorporating the use of props to support you into a state of deep rest. It is an accessible practice which requires no previous experience. We hold each posture for several minutes to allow the body to sink into relaxation, allowing tension to soften and to open space within, supported by physical touch in particular postures. We'll allow the body to be held & supported through the use of yoga bolsters, blocks & blankets.
